Cocoa Banana Muffins
Like any other chic, I like to use old banana's for baking. Tonight I pulled out one of my favorite cookbooks, The Modern Baker.

One of the easiest and tastiest recipes from this fab book is the Cocoa Banana Muffins.
The recipe is simple and uses ingredients that most people have on hand. To spice mine up a bit I sprinkle nuts on a few and choco chips on a few (mainly for my husband and kids!).
A quick 30 minutes in the oven and my daughter is off eating three muffins! Apparently I need to make double batches from now on!
