Banana Yogurt Shake
Ingredients of Banana Yogurt Shake :
* 2 large bananas
* ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 cup milk
* 8 oz banana or vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Cut 1 ½ banana and put into the freezer approximately 30 minutes.
2. Cut the remaining 1/2 banana into slices for garnish.
3. Combine milk, yogurt, bananas, and cinnamon in a blender, blend until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses.
5. Garnish with banana slices using a toothpick and cinnamon stick.
6. Serve cold.
